Our Warranty

At Metron NA, we stand behind the reliability and quality of every product we deliver. Our parent company guarantees full functionality and compliance with safety standards—offering a 3-year warranty on most systems, and a 5-year warranty on the folding elevator car doors—when installed and properly maintained as detailed in ASME A17.1 section 8.3, by authorised professionals. We believe in responsible service: any defects identified during the warranty period will be addressed at no cost to the customer, in accordance with the conditions of our policy
